Marlon has extensive Spin training and holds both a Keiser Instructor Certification and Spinning Instructor Certification. He is also CPR/AED Certified through the American Heart Association. Marlon has been teaching cycling classes for over 8 years at upscale fitness clubs in. Marlon is known for motivating his students be healthy and have fun with exercise, most of all, his style of teaching cycling is guaranteed to make you fall in love with indoor bike riding techniques created by him. Cycling is his true passion and the commitment to keep his students motivated, happy and healthy.

Shirley holds a Spinning Instructor Certification and is also certified with CPR/AED through the American Heart Association. She has been cycling for 6 years at popular fitness clubs in downtown Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs.
Shirley loves to cycle and her style of teaching will engage you to work at your maximum level and be the best version of yourself each time. She motivates her to students to feel strong, invigorated, and empowered about their mind, body and spirit.
